Supervision

With extensive experience of supervising professionals who hold confidential case loads, this will be a space to process things you can’t share with anyone else and will ensure you are working safely, ethically and in integrity with your clients.

My belief about the purpose of supervision is that it is:

• anything that engages you in the development of your practice and promotes and safeguards the wellbeing of you and your clients
• a balance of support and challenge and facilitates your learning, understanding, growth and development as a practitioner
• somewhere to reflect on the demands that the work can bring
• a sounding board for clients concerns, ‘stuckness’ and offload
• a collaborative process.

WHAT TO EXPECT

For most professionals requiring supervision to support their work, sessions are typically held on a regular basis every month for 1 – 1.5hrs; however, I also offer ad hoc sessions if you would like specialist guidance from time to time to complement your client work.

FEES
