The Samaritans provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

SANEline
SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. We are open every day of the year from 4.30pm to 10.30pm on 0300 304 7000.
Childline
Young People can get help and advice about a wide range of issues by talking to a counsellor online, sending Childline an email or posting on the message boards.

Support for separating parents
Offering a range of services including FREE and confidential advice from experts on issues such as Legal, Finance, Debt, Housing, Benefits, Drug and Alchohol and Relationships, and a signposting service to professionals nationwide including Solicitors, Mediators and Counsellors.
